Preparation 20 min. Preparation (3-4 people): 1) Cut the green beans into pieces of 3 cm. Boil the green beans (al dente) in a pan with little water. Drain the beans. Meanwhile, cut the bell pepper into cubes and finely chop the onion. 2) Bake the minced meat in a snack pan. Then add the sliced bell pepper and onion and fry briefly. 3) Lower the heat and add the sauce mix, 250 ml water and 50 ml cooking cream. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally. 4) Add the green beans to the minced meat mixture. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally. Let it heat through gently for 2 minutes.
