    1- Preheat oven to 200°C. hot air at 180°C. Pre-boil the cauliflower leftovers for about 5 minutes and finely chop 100 g onion. 2- Fry the minced meat with the onion and fry the drained cauliflower florets briefly with the minced meat. 3- Spread half of the pre-cooked potato slices over the bottom of a greased oven dish. Place on top of the minced meat with the cauliflower. 4- Add the spice mix together with 150 ml cooking cream to 200 ml cold water and stir well with a whisk. Then add the egg and stir well again. Pour 3/4 of the spice mix evenly over the casserole. Wait 2 minutes and divide the remaining potato slices. Finally, pour the remaining portion evenly over the casserole. Leave the dish in the oven for about 45 minutes until it is cooked/golden brown.
