This is a tasty, modern Spanish wine full of red fruit that you can enjoy just like that, with or without tapas. Because it is very flexible, you can drink it chilled. The bodega where it comes from prefers to serve it at 12 to 14 degrees Celsius, which is about the temperature at which you drink a full-bodied white wine.
