Usage
Preparation: Requirements: 1 pack AH Mix for cheesecake 50 g unsalted butter at room temperature 600 g natural cream cheese 3 eggs Mixing bowl + mixer with whisks Springform pan ø 24 cm Preheat: Electric oven: 120 °C, Fan oven: 110 °C, Gas oven: setting 1Preparation1. Place the sheet of baking paper over the springform pan base and close the springform pan.2. Melt the butter in a saucepan or in a bowl in the microwave. 3. Add the crumb base mix and stir well. Cover the bottom of the springform pan with this and spread evenly. Then press it down with the rounded side of a spoon and let the base set in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.4. Place the cheesecake mix, cream cheese and eggs in a bowl and mix with a mixer with garden attachment until a smooth mass.5. Spoon the filling into the mold and smooth it out. Bake for about 1.5 hours in the center of a preheated oven.6. Let the cheesecake cool in the oven to room temperature.7. Place the cheesecake covered in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
