Preparation method:
- Put 250 ml of cold water in a pan.
- Stir the contents of this bag into the pan with a whisk. Bring this to the boil while stirring.
- Add fresh ingredients if necessary and let the sauce simmer for a few more minutes.
Variation tip:
For an even creamier taste, add 2 tablespoons of crème fraîche. Prepare the sauce with half a green pepper, cut into strips.
