Monaco Marche Rosato

0.75 l

    Extra information

    Wine

This is a lovely, bright pink rose for all kinds of moments. Nice and fresh and light to drink with and with enough content for salads, chicken skewers, tuna steak, corn from the grill, and so on. He comes from the Marches, a coastal region in the middle of Italy. Just like everywhere in Italy, you also have many local grape varieties here. One of them is the blue montepulciano. This gives powerful, earthy dark red wines with sweet red fruit and spices, but also this fresh rosé. To do this, Moncaro winery briefly soaks the grapes so that a tiny amount of dye ends up in the juice from the skins. Immediately afterwards, soft pressing is applied and fermentation begins at a low temperature to nurture the fruity aromas and acidity.
