Extra virgin olive oil. Superior quality olive oil obtained directly from olives and mechanically. The "extra-virgin" Classico Monini is a pure olive oil with a rich, balanced taste. It goes well with hot dishes (poultry, sauces) as well as cold dishes (salads). Olive oil has the property of solidifying at temperatures below 10° C. This does not affect the quality. At room temperature the oil returns to its original state.
