Oven
1 Preheat the fan oven to 220°C.
2 Place the frozen bitterballen on an oven rack. For best baking results, do not use baking paper or an oven dish and place a drip tray at the bottom of the oven to keep the oven clean.
3 Place the rack in the middle of the oven and heat the bitterballen for 10-12 minutes. Depending on the oven, the preparation time may vary.
4 Remove the bitterballs from the oven and let them rest for at least 2 minutes for the best crispiness.
Air fryer
Approx. 9 mins | 200°C
Preheat air fryer.
Maximum quantity: bottom of basket covered.
Preparation method is based on a Philips Airfryer XL.
