Usage
Despite careful checking, a kernel may inadvertently be left in the muesli.
Preparation: put 40 grams of muesli in a bowl. Add semi-skimmed milk, semi-skimmed yoghurt, low-fat cottage cheese or a vegetable alternative.

Ingredients: dried fruit (24% raisin, 0.5% apple, 0.5% pear, 0.5% peach, 0.5% plum, 0.5% date, 0.5% fig, 0.5% apricot ), 23% whole wheat oat flake, 20% whole wheat flake, 20% whole wheat rye flake, 2.3% banana, 2% linseed, corn flour, 1.5% sunflower seed, vegetable oil (coconut, sunflower, cotton seed), sugar, rice flour, salt , acidity regulator (citric acid [E330]), antioxidant (sulfur dioxide [E220 (sulphite)]).
