Muesli with dried fruit of which 6% sweetened papaya and 3% sweetened mango, kernels, 6% linseed, 5% roasted, malted wheat flakes and 1.5% dried, sweetened banana chips
Usage
Despite careful checking, a kernel may inadvertently be left in the muesli.
Preparation: put 40 grams of muesli in a bowl. Add semi-skimmed milk, semi-skimmed yoghurt, low-fat cottage cheese or a vegetable alternative.

Ingredients: dried fruit (16% raisin, 3.8% date, 2.3% apricot, 1.5% mango, 1% papaya), 23% whole grain barley flake, 17% whole grain oat flake, wheat flake, linseed, 5% whole wheat flake , pumpkin seed, sugar, sunflower seed, 0.9% banana, vegetable oil (coconut, sunflower, cottonseed), rice flour, barley malt flour, acidity regulator (citric acid [E330]), antioxidant (sulfur dioxide [E220 (sulphite)], sodium disulphite [E223]) , emulsifier (lecithins [E322]).
