Boil fresh drinking water for 1 minute and let it cool. Pour the indicated amount of hand-warm (37 degrees Celsius) water into the bottle. 3. Use only the enclosed measuring scoop. Fill it with powder and level it off at the inside edge of the can. Add the recommended number of scoops to the water in the bottle. 4. Screw the cap onto the bottle and shake well to dissolve the powder. Check the temperature of the feed on the inside of your wrist. 5. After use, place the measuring scoop on the inside edge of the can and close the packaging well. Store in a dry and cool place. The contents are good for up to 4 weeks after opening.
