Pablo is the founder of pablos quinoa revolucion. He was born in the Netherlands, but his roots and heart lie in South America. During one of his travels high in the Andes, he discovered quinoa. A beautiful colorful plant that produces small white, red and black seeds, packed with complete proteins, dietary fiber, vitamins and minerals. An ancient crop with a low ecological footprint that has been cultivated for thousands of years in harmony with nature by the local indigenous population. A good basis for a healthy and nutritious diet for a better planet. Pablos quinoa is 100% traceable and climate neutral. All CO2 emissions, from cultivation in the Andes to transport from the Andes to the Netherlands, are fully compensated by reforestation at the foot of the Andes. So eat quinoa more often!
