Usage
Preparation: How to prepare the dough: 2½ cups of water 1 teaspoon of salt 2 cups of PAN Mix the ingredients and knead for 2 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes. Divide the dough into 10 equal portions. Form each portion into a ball and press with your palm to form a 4-inch disc shape. Fry these in a frying pan over medium heat, 5 minutes per side. Open the arepa and fill to taste.
Ingredients: Pre-cooked white cornmeal 100%. May contain SOY.
