PREPARATION METHOD: remove the fish from the packaging. Preparation times also depend on the thickness of the fish.
FRYING PAN: heat butter and/or (olive) oil and fry the fillet at a moderate temperature for 4-6 minutes until golden brown and done. Turn halfway.
OVEN (180°C): place the fish on a greased baking tray. Place the baking tray in the middle of the preheated oven and bake the fish for 10-15 minutes.
Usage
Store refrigerated (max. 4°C). Consume as soon as possible after purchase, no later than the stated expiration date, if kept refrigerated (max. 4°C).
