    Usage

    Suitable for freezing at home on the day of purchase. Use within 3 months. Thaw before use.
    Preparation: Preparation: Frying pan (non-stick): fry the pangasius fillets without butter or oil at a medium temperature for 6-9 minutes until brown and done. Turn halfway. Move the pan occasionally so that the fish does not stick. Oven (180oC): place the pangasius fillets side by side in an oven dish and bake the fish in the center of a preheated oven for 8-12 minutes.
