Fresh egg pasta
Very easy to prepare: boil water, add salt, cook the pappardelle for 4 minutes.
Serve to taste with cream, walnut or cheese sauce and garnish with grated cheese
Usage
Preparation: calculate approximately 125 grams of pappardelle per person. 1. Bring 1 liter of water to the boil per 100 grams of pappardelle. 2. Drop the pappardelle into the water and bring the water to the boil again, stirring occasionally. 3. Cook the pappardelle for about 4 minutes. Stir occasionally. 4. Drain and serve.
