A small pie dish made of earthenware with a blue reactive glaze. There are two sturdy but small handles on the side to remove it from the oven. Ideal for small dishes. The container is oven safe up to 240 degrees and can be placed in the dishwasher. To avoid large temperature differences, we recommend placing the pie tray in the oven and then turning on the oven. Or let the container first come to room temperature outside the refrigerator and then place it in the warm oven.
