    Recipe for chicken madras - 4 people: Fry an onion in some oil. Add 1 teaspoon each of finely chopped ginger and garlic and the jar of spice paste, cook for 1-2 minutes. Add 50 ml of water and boil until the water has evaporated. Add 500 g sliced ​​chicken fillet and fry briefly.
