When the Indian Pathak family moved to Great Britain in 1956, they started selling Indian delicacies from home. The family wanted to share their cultural heritage and the flavors of India with as many people as possible! They did this by processing spice mixes into sauces and preserving vegetables for delicious chutneys. In this way they made it possible for everyone to quickly put their own Indian meal on the table.
