    When the Indian Pathak family moved to Great Britain in 1956, they started selling Indian delicacies from home. The family wanted to share their cultural heritage and the flavors of India with as many people as possible! They did this by processing spice mixes into sauces and preserving vegetables for delicious chutneys. In this way they made it possible for everyone to quickly conjure up their own Indian meal.

    Usage

    THIS PRODUCT NEEDS TO BE HEATED.
    Preparation: SPINACH AND CHICKPEA CURRY WITH A BITE FOR 2 PEOPLE: Squeeze: Fry 1 finely chopped onion in 2 tbsp oil until the onion is translucent. Add (optional) 2 cm ginger & 1 crushed garlic clove. Squeeze 3 tbsp fit into the pan. (1 tbsp = 15g). Sizzle: Cook for 1 minute so it smells nice. Add 50ml of water and simmer until the water has evaporated. Add 400g drained chickpeas. Create: Add 200g diced tomatoes, 60g baby spinach and 100ml water. Stir well. Simmer uncovered for about 15 minutes, until the chickpeas are cooked. Stir 2 tbsp fresh coriander & 3 tbsp yoghurt through the curry.

Allergy information: May contain nuts, groundnuts (peanuts) and mustard.
