Baking mix for gluten-free bread.
Usage
Preparation: Preparation oven: Put 350 ml lukewarm water in a mixing bowl and add: 450 g mix, 30 g margarine, 1 egg (substitute), 15 g fresh yeast or 7 g dried yeast. Mix intensively with dough hooks for 5 minutes. Pour batter into baking tin (size 25x8x9 cm), let rise at approx. 30°C for 45-60 minutes. Bake at approx. 200°C for 40 minutes. Cut into slices after cooling. Bread maker preparation: Put 350 ml warm water in the bread maker and add: 450 g mix, 30 g margarine, 1 egg (substitute) and 15 g fresh yeast or 7 g dried yeast. Select a program where the kneading, rising and baking takes approximately 140 minutes (quick programme). Let the bread cool in the machine!
