Coffee from Sumatra is traditionally known for its unique taste. This 100% Arabica coffee is semi-washed: part of the pulp remains behind. This contributes to a natural, subtle sweetness and flavor after drying. In volcanic Sumatra, the coffee plant blooms with a beautiful white blossom. After about 8 months, the ripe coffee cherries can be picked by hand. .
Usage
Preparation: these beans are suitable for a fully automatic machine. For the quick filter device, use 1 level coffee measuring spoon (6-7 grams) with ground coffee. Prepare the coffee as you normally would. To use in the cafetière, grind the beans coarsely and pour water that has just finished boiling. Let the coffee steep for 4-5 minutes and gently press the filter down.
