Preparation method: Preheat the oven to 220°C (convection oven 210°C) and place a baking tray at the bottom of the oven. In the meantime, immediately unroll the dough on the rolled-up baking paper. Brush the dough with pizza sauce and top with your desired toppings. Place the dough on the warm baking tray at the bottom of the oven and bake the pizza for 16-22 minutes at 200°C. Baking time may vary depending on toppings used and the oven.
