The Puklavec family comes from Slovenia, but had been living in Germany and the Netherlands for years when it was decided to breathe new life into the old family business. That was almost twenty years ago and the Puklavec wines now have many fans. That's because they are so tasty. Take this from sauvignon blanc and chardonnay, the two most famous white grape varieties found all over the world, but which are not often used together in a wine. The sauvignon provides fresh acidity and fragrant aromas of peach, pear and passion fruit and chardonnay makes it soft and round. Ideal wine to relax with and very suitable for fresh salads, fried fish, creamy pasta or risotto.
