An oblong baking tin measuring 35 by 11 cm for baking quiche. You can easily remove the quiche from the mold thanks to the loose bottom with special non-stick coating. You can also use the baking tin to make elongated butter cakes. Before using the baking tin for the first time, rinse it with warm water and dry it thoroughly. Then bake without contents in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees. Always lightly grease the baking tin before baking. It can be placed in the oven up to 230 degrees and is not suitable for the microwave. Do not use sharp objects when removing the baked goods from the mould, as this could damage the non-stick coating. Clean the quiche mold with warm water and dry thoroughly. Do not use a scouring pad.
