    Usage

    Bone-free: despite careful filleting, a bone may unintentionally remain in the fish.
    Preparation: rinse the trout under the tap and pat dry. Make several shallow cuts in the skin. Brush all over with (olive) oil and sprinkle the inside and outside of the trout with (fish) herbs. Oven (180°C): fill the abdominal cavity of the trout with herbs and a few lemon slices and sprinkle with (olive) oil. Place the trout in a greased baking dish with 2 tablespoons of stock. Bake the trout in the center of a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Frying pan (non-stick): heat a generous amount of liquid margarine and/or (olive) oil at a high temperature, place the trout in the frying pan, reduce the temperature to medium-high and fry the trout for 6-8 minutes per side. Move the pan occasionally so that the fish does not stick. Barbecue/grill plate: fill the abdominal cavity of the trout with (fish) herbs and a few lemon slices and sprinkle with (olive) oil. Brush the trout with (olive) oil. Grill the trout in a fish clamp or on a clean and hot grill/grill plate, 5-7 minutes on each side until the fish is done. Please note: heat the product thoroughly.
