Usage
Serving: 4. Serve the meat and vegetable mixture warm with rice or noodles.
Preparation: Suggestion for ingredients (5 servings) Beef (or chicken, lamb, shrimp) 450g, onions 350g, carrots 100g, potatoes 150g. *All ingredients can be cut as desired*, 1 tablespoon of oil, water: 540ml and 1 package of GOLDEN CURRY MIX. Preparation method: 1. Stir-fry the meat and vegetables with the oil in a large frying pan on medium heat for about 5 minutes. 2. Add water and bring it to the boil. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer, covered, for about 15 minutes until the ingredients are soft.3. Turn off the heat, break S&B GOLDEN CURRY SAUCE MIX into pieces and add to the frying pan. Stir until the sauce mix has melted. Let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes while stirring constantly.
