Santa Julia El Zorrito Chardonnay Natural

0.75 l

Orange wine, 'Naranjo' in Spanish, is a white wine made in the same way as red wine. This means that the juice is not separated from the skins, as is normally the case with white wine, but that the entire grape goes into the fermentation tank. Because the skins contain coloring, aromas and tannin, the wine becomes darker, fuller and firmer. Its hue changes from yellow to orange, hence the name. El Zorrito has a rich taste with flowers, honey and orange peel and Rinse malic acids that are reminiscent of cider. Because of all that aroma and its bite, you can combine it well with a spicy couscous or curry and it goes perfectly with ripe cheeses. El zorrito, Spanish for little fox, is a natural wine without added sulfites.
