This whole free-range chicken is purely natural. You can season or marinate this free-range chicken. This free-range chicken gets 1 star from animal protection. Sprinkle the whole free-range chicken with salt and pepper or chicken seasoning, also on the inside. If necessary, add a piece of butter to the chicken. Frying pan: heat butter and/or olive (oil) and fry the chicken until brown on all sides and at a moderate temperature for about 90 minutes (30 minutes per 500 grams). Oven (180°C): place the chicken in an oven dish and place it in the center of a preheated oven. Bake the chicken for about 90 minutes. (30 minutes per 500 grams). For best results, sear the chicken first.

Oven (180°C): place the whole chicken in an oven dish and place it in the center of a preheated oven. Bake the whole chicken for about 80 minutes (30 minutes per 500 grams).
