Dosage: take up to 2 tablets of 0.1 mg as needed, unless otherwise advised. Preferably keep a fixed time. Swallow the tablets whole, with water, for example. Shipz melatonin time release can be used regularly and for a longer period of time. Its use is not recommended in case of autoimmune diseases, diabetes, epilepsy, liver or kidney problems, pregnancy and breastfeeding and when using blood pressure medicines.
