    My name is nico runderkamp 'bakertje' from volendam. I belong to the fourth generation of our butcher family. Our butcher shop has been around for 80 years and has always been handed down from father to son. My great-grandfather was named after a baker on the dike, hence the nickname: little baker! We are proud of our artisan sausages and meat products that we make according to traditional recipes. Over the years we have received several awards with these recipes, prizes of which we are very proud! We also won the golden cutter knife, an award for the 'best master sausage maker in the Netherlands'. Butcher shop Bakkertje is known in the wide area for its traditional, tasteful products.
