Solatio sparkling rosé wine DOC

Here you have a variant: Prosecco Rosato. Its base is, just like prosecco, a base wine from the glera grape to which some red wine is added. Then follows the second fermentation to make the wine sparkling. The result is a gently sparkling rosé with the fresh-sweet taste of ripe strawberry and cherry and the lively acidity of apple. Thanks to its low alcohol content, it comes across as light. Ideal for enjoying while socializing and celebrating, but certainly also suitable with quiche, pasta, and a salad of fresh fruit.
