Durum Pearl Couscous
Pearl couscous also known as moghrabieh. This pearl couscous is originally from Lebanon and the Middle East and the name means couscous from the Maghreb. It is in between couscous and pasta. This pearl couscous is made from durum wheat, water and salt, formed into beautiful pearls with a loose structure: ideal for absorbing flavor and sauce. We find this pearl couscous delicious in hot dishes, with sauces, in soups, but also as a salad.
