Together with my wife Roos, I have been running a leading butcher's shop Van Melik in Maastricht for over 20 years. In the Brussels Poort shopping center in Maastricht we distinguish ourselves every day with the tastiest meats and sausages and meal specialties from our own kitchen. And we are proud of that! A delicious salad, packed with asparagus, tender piece of butcher's ham, boiled free-range egg and potato and seasoned with a creamy mayonnaise dressing.
