    Ben Keulen: butcher from Hulsberg. My name is Ben Keulen. The village butchery of Hulsberg has been in the hands of the family for many years. In 2021 I took over the butcher shop from my parents. I've always had a great love for the butcher's trade. My craftsmanship and that of the family has been awarded several times over the years. Best butcher shop in the Netherlands 2000-2001, voted 3-star butcher shop in 2015-2016 and winner of the golden butchers ring are just a few examples. Our winner, that is the limburg gammon, delicious on a sandwich but ok with asparagus, for example.

    Usage

    To serve: .
    Preparation: Preparation method: BBQ: bake the product for 10 minutes, turning regularly.
    Preparation: Frying pan: heat butter and/or oil and fry the meat for 9 minutes, turning regularly.
