My name is Henk Lotgering, and since 1983 I have been a butcher and sausage maker through and through, now based in Bunnik. I come from an Amsterdam butcher family where the love for the craft has been passed down from father to son. My passion and love for the trade can be found in the preparation of the products. We do not like uniformity, and you can taste that! For many years I have made conscious choices regarding raw materials, animal welfare, nutrition, and freshness. I have also received several awards for our products from the regional champion caterer as well as various first prizes in national trade competitions with our cold cuts.
