    Paul Francken has been working in sausage making for over 17 years. His father took over the company in 1994 from the Snijders brothers from Geleen. Today he is at the helm. His family has been in the butcher's trade for three generations. What he is proud of are the many traditional 'Snijders' sausage varieties. For more than 75 years they have been known for the one and only Limburg cervelat.
