My name is Patrick Van der Meer. Together with my brothers John (right) and Marco (left), we form the fourth generation of our family business in Roelofarendsveen. We have shops in Nieuw Vennep and Roelofarendsveen and operate a modern production site. In 2005, we took over the butcher shop from father Cees and mother Ria. The fifth generation also helps out during busy times. Our loyal employees ensure that we can refine and improve our sausage recipes. Result: multiple awards at product tastings and finalist positions during the Butcher of the Year competition.
