The smoked eel taste is very recognizable to the people of Volendam. Traditional handcrafted product. Juicy and tender to the bite. Wonderful on bread, toast, or with asparagus. We are the Runderkamp family from Volendam. We have two butcher shops in Volendam and a catering business that organizes events throughout North Holland. We are the fourth generation who continue our family business with great joy and passion.
