The drifting gooseberries of the Sauvignon Blanc in combination with the soft spicy tone of the Verdejo make this a wonderfully fresh, accessible wine. The grapes grow on the vineyards without the use of chemical pesticides and without artificial fertilizers, and are processed in such a way that this wine is also suitable for a vegan diet. They also produce other organic products such as garlic and goat cheese.
