Usage
Bone-free: despite careful filleting, a bone may unintentionally remain in the fish.
Preparation: Preparation Defrost the tilapia fillet, rinse with cold water and pat dry with kitchen paper. Sprinkle the tilapia fillet with pepper or fish seasoning to taste. Use within 24 hours after thawing. IN THE OVEN Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the tilapia fillet with a dash of water in a covered oven dish and bake in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes.IN THE FRYING PAN Heat liquid margarine and/or (olive) oil and bake the tilapia fillet at a medium temperature for 6-8 minutes until done. . Turn halfway.
