Usage

Preparation: PAN: Heat plenty of oil in a pan and fry the schnitzel over medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Preparation: FRYER: deep fry the schnitzel in oil at approximately 160°C for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.
Preparation: HOT AIR OVEN: preheat the oven to 200°C, place the schnitzel on a rack and bake for about 12 minutes until golden brown.
Ingredients: pork 68%, panade (WHEAT FLOUR, WHEAT STARCH, salt, acidity regulators: potassium lactate, sodium acetate; spices, yeast), rapeseed oil, glucose syrup, salt. May contain traces of EGG, MILK, SESAME, MUSTARD and CELERY.
