The Touraine sauvignon blanc is a fresh white wine, with the taste of white currants and grapefruit. This sauvignon blanc has matured on the beautiful slopes of the Touraine region, in the heart of the "Vallée des Rois". The winemaker leaves the wine on the groin for several months after vinification. In addition to a fruity character, this also gives complexity and oiliness to the wine, which is naturally very tight and dry.
