Ulisse Pecorino terre di chieti

0.75 l

Pecorino is back. Not that it was previously very well known outside Abruzzo, but the grape seemed to disappear completely from the vineyards. Tenuta Ulisse is one of the wineries that kept believing in pecorino. The grape gives powerful wines with a soft aftertaste and is intended for eating, for example with hearty fish dishes and with a piece of pecorino, Italian sheep's cheese. By the way, the grape owes its name to sheep. When the herd was taken to another pasture, the animals preferred to snack on these grapes. At Tenuta Ulisse they see another similarity between their wine and a sheep: both have strength and feel soft.
