Usage
Preparation: Remove the pork belly from the freezer 24 hours before preparation and place it in the refrigerator to thaw. Remove the pork belly from the refrigerator and packaging 1 hour before use and let it come to room temperature, covered. Cut the fat layer diagonally a few times down to the meat. Pat the pork belly dry and marinate to taste. Oven (175°C): place the pork belly in an oven dish in the center of a preheated oven for 60 minutes. Increase the oven temperature to 210°C and bake for another 35 minutes. Let the pork belly rest for another 15 minutes before slicing. Please note: heat the product thoroughly.
