Preparation: Preheat the convection oven to 220°C.2. Place the frozen croquettes on an oven rack. For best baking results, do not use baking paper or an oven dish and place a drip tray at the bottom of the oven so that the oven remains clean.3. Place the rack in the middle of the oven and heat the croquettes for about 15 minutes. Depending on the oven, the preparation time may vary.4. Remove the croquettes from the oven and let them rest for at least 2 minutes for the best crispiness. Not suitable for frying.
