    Serving: This is how you make the tastiest semi-sweet jam:
    Mix 1250 grams of cleaned, fresh, ripe and pureed fruit with 500 g of Gilse Jelly Sugar Special. Bring it to a boil. Let the mixture boil thoroughly for 1 minute. Fill the glass jars to the top edge with the hot (still thin) jam. Close the jars tightly and place them upside down for 5 minutes. Store the jam in a cool, dark place. This is how you make the tastiest semi-sweet jelly:
    Mix 1.1 liters of fruit juice with 500 g Van Gilse Special Jelly Sugar and bring to the boil. Let the mixture boil thoroughly for 3 minutes. This is how you make the tastiest semi-sweet jam:
    Cut 1250 g of fruit into small pieces one day in advance instead of pureeing. Let the mixture boil thoroughly for 3 minutes. Use clean glass jars (washed in the dishwasher).
