Fresh package of vegetable soup

    Contents:
    Cauliflower
    Leek
    Carrot
    Onion
    Celery leaves
    3 vegetable stock cubes (30g)
    Bunch(s) of parsley

    (Number of pieces of vegetables may vary per package depending on size)

    Add yourself:
    1.5l water
    Vermicelli
    Pepper

    Preparation method:
    1. Bring the water and vegetable stock cubes to the boil in a stockpot.
    2. But the vegetables clean and cut into pieces. Finely chop the celery leaves and parsley.
    3. Add the vegetables, celery leaves and parsley to the stock and cook for 5 minutes at medium temperature.
    4. Add vermicelli to taste and let the soup simmer for another 5-7 minutes. Season with pepper if necessary.

    Variation tip: Add soup balls or croutons yourself.

    Usage

    Store refrigerated (max. 7°C) after purchase.
