Requirements (for 4 people):
* 500g minced meat or chicken (thigh) fillet
* 2 tablespoons Verstegen mix
* 3 tablespoons (olive) oil Preparation method: season the minced meat or chicken (thigh) fillet with the Verstegen mix and let it soak in for a while. Heat a frying pan with the (olive) oil and roll the minced meat or fry the chicken (thigh) fillet until done. Add to a pasta dish of your choice.
Variation tip: also make a lukewarm Italian chicken salad or a tomato salad with basil and mozzarella.
