    Requirements (for 4 people):


    * 500g chicken (thigh) fillet
    * Pork or lamb (in strips)
    * Approx. 1.5 tablespoons of Verstegen mix
    * 2 tablespoons (olive) oil
    * 1 red pepper
    * 1 white onionPreparation method: cut the meat into strips if necessary. Season the meat with the Verstegen mix and let it soak in for a while. Cut the pepper into strips and the onion into rings. Heat a frying pan or wok with the (olive) oil and add the pepper, onion and meat. Stir-fry everything over high heat for about 8-10 minutes.
